Maintenance II

(Plus Excellent Benefits) Administrative Services (Facilities Maintenance) Assists department personnel in the day to day operations of Building Maintenance throughout the County. Provides for the maintenance and upkeep of County buildings and properties. Able to respond to after hour emergencies. * Work week may include weekend days * Requirements Must have a High School Diploma/GED. Must have a current valid driver's license. Ability to routinely lift in excess of 50 lbs. Ability to work at heights. Ability to operate and maintain general power equipment. Ability to operate and maintain general building equipment. Work independently with minimal supervision. Prior general commercial property maintenance experience. Position works in a secure facility. The applicant must pass all security checks and must follow security procedures. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
