Skillbridge Academy is seeking a confident and personable Promotions Assistant to support our promotional initiatives and help strengthen engagement with prospective clients and the local community.

In this role, you will assist with promotional campaigns, communicate directly with potential customers, represent the organization at events and outreach activities, and help deliver a professional and memorable brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally during events and promotional activities.
• Engage with prospective customers and provide clear information about programs and services.
• Support the team in increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming experience during all customer interactions.
• Assist with event preparation, coordination, and promotional materials.
• Communicate customer feedback and campaign insights to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve promotional and organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate information related to promotional activities and customer interactions.
