We're looking for an AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN to join our team at KIA of BECKLEY!

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of technician experience. Manufacturer or ASE certifications are preferred but on the job training will be strongly considered.

What You'll Do:

• Safely drive vehicles to test components and systems
• Accurately provide an estimate of the time needed for service
• Properly use tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehicles
• Efficiently perform work specified on Repair Orders
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications and customer expectations
• Effectively communicate any issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers
• Adhere to dealership procedures for safety and standards of quality

Qualification Checklist:

• Diagnostic and repair experience required
• Broad knowledge of automotive mechanics
• Basic computer skills
• Able to learn new technology and service specifications
• Independent starter with the ability to work well on a team
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Benefits and Compensation:

• $20.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience and certifications.
