• Shift: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, holiday rotation included
• Hours/Week: 36 hours guaranteed

• Licenses/Certs: Kansas or Multistate license, BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Trauma experience
• Charting System: Epic (training available)

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to patients recovering from trauma, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgeries
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care in Epic EMR and assist with post-operative assessments
• Support safe patient mobilization and rehabilitation

What You Need:

• Active Kansas or Multistate RN license
• BLS certification via AHA
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Trauma experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and participate in weekend/holiday rotation
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
