Compensation, Shift, & Location Details

• Pay Rate: $18.00 /hr (Base) + $1-2/hr increase upon direct hire
• (2nd Shift) Permanently Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Location: Miamisburg, OH 45342
• Experience: 6+ months of warehousing experience (forklift experience is a plus!)

Key Responsibilities
This is a dynamic role designed for someone who enjoys a mix of manual and equipment-based work:

• Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift to navigate aisles, retrieve bulk items, and stage materials for the Single Pack team.
• Active Order Picking: Take to the aisles on foot to hand-pick individual customer orders, ensuring 100% accuracy and speed.
• Inventory Advocacy: Keep an eye on stock levels. If you see a shortage while you're on the floor or the lift, you're the first line of communication to the Team Lead.
• Order Flow: Submit completed "Single Pack" orders to the processing area, maintaining a neat and organized zone at all times.

The "Mid-Day" Advantage

• The Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
• Paid Training: Start on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) for hands-on equipment and process training. Once you're a pro, you'll move to your permanent mid-day schedule.
• Overtime Opportunities: Varying overtime opportunities available during training period.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Versatility: You are comfortable transitioning between walking high-traffic aisles and operating a forklift safely.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk for your shift and lift/carry 25-50 lbs consistently.
• The "Training Mindset": Must be able to commit to 1st shift hours during the initial onboarding period before moving to the 12:00 PM start time.
