VIP Clienteling Sales Associate

NAHMIAS is seeking a highly personable, detail-oriented, and luxury-minded VIP Clienteling Sales Associate to support and grow our private client business. This role is focused on building meaningful relationships with high-value clients while delivering a personalized and elevated customer experience that reflects the NAHMIAS brand.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of luxury fashion, exceptional communication skills, and a natural ability to cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Private VIP Clienteling

• Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with NAHMIAS private VIP clients
• Proactively engage with VIP clients through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions to understand preferences and anticipate needs
• Curate personalized product selections, styling recommendations, and exclusive offerings for clients
• Manage VIP orders, special requests, and client communications from start to finish while ensuring a seamless purchasing experience
• Coordinate and support exclusive previews, private appointments, launches, and special events for VIP clients
• Maintain detailed client profiles, purchase history, and preferences to enhance ongoing relationship management
• Deliver a high-touch luxury experience that strengthens long-term client loyalty

Sales & Administrative Support

• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks within the sales department
• Help maintain organization across client communications, orders, and internal processes
• Maintain an organized and professional workspace and showroom environment
• Stay current on seasonal collections, product knowledge, styling direction, and industry trends
• Support the broader sales team and leadership with day-to-day retail and clienteling needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling, fashion sales, or customer relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and customer experience
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and requests simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Strong understanding of discretion, professionalism, and relationship management
• Experience working with VIP or private clients is preferred
