Job Description & Requirements Position: Neonatal ICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) Start Date: 7/6/2026 Pay Rate: $ (amount not provided) Location: Nashville, TN Hospital: Nationally and Regionally Ranked Children’s Hospital with a 131-bed Level IV NICU. Responsibilities Deliver high‑acuity care to critically ill and convalescing newborns in a 131‑bed Level IV NICU. Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team in a nationally recognized NICU ranked No. 1 in Tennessee and the Southeast. Participate in cutting‑edge neonatal practices and transport services within a Magnet‑designated hospital. Advance professional skills through robust ongoing clinical education programs. Provide care across the full neonatal continuum on 12‑hour or 24‑hour shifts.
