Sales Representative, Houston
 
Job Overview
Our company has been growing in the Houston area and we are looking to add an INCREDIBLE Salesperson to our Texas team! As a Sales Representative for Lindsay Windows TX, your role will be to cultivate relationships with prospective and existing customers in the greater Houston area. Our vinyl windows and doors are respected in the industry, and you will be calling on quality customers! You will receive top notch training on our product line from our existing salespeople and manufacturing staff.

The qualified candidate will be familiar with the building industry and be located in Houston. You must be available to attend meetings in our facility in 1-2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with distributors and builders.
• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking and other sales techniques. 
• Develop and execute strategic sales tactics to achieve and grow market share.
• Manage customer accounts receivable to ensure customer payment terms are being met.
• Work both directly and cooperatively with the Plant Management and Customer Service teams.
• Create and maintain CRM data. 
• Interact effectively at all levels of the customer’s team. 
• Achieve profitable revenue growth, including robust new business development.
• Attend scheduled meetings, and trainings at Lindsay Windows locations nationwide

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably windows or building products.
• Must be organized with the ability to focus on priority projects and tasks.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Pay = Base + commission on gross profit , with additional incentives for:

• New-account development 
• Gross-margin performance 
• Revenue growth 
• Collections/AR performance 
• Possibly hitting annual territory targets
