Position: Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician – Primary Care

Location: San Antonio, Texas | Multiple Suburban Locations
Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent | Outpatient Only

Compensation: $280,000–$325,000+ | Open to Negotiations and Discussions

A well-established, veteran-led healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care team in the San Antonio, Texas area.

This opportunity is designed for physicians looking for a manageable patient volume, predictable Monday–Friday schedule, strong clinical support, and excellent work-life balance .

Position Summary
The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult patients while working alongside a supportive clinical team.

The practice emphasizes quality patient care, continuity, physician support, and a sustainable work environment with minimal administrative burden.
Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic testing
• Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic results
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives

Qualifications
Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

Board Certification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Licensure & Certification

• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS certification

Compensation & Benefits
