Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How You'll Make an Impact in This RoleChampion Patient Success: Proactively implement, evaluate, and modify individualized patient care plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.Be the Patient Advocate: Continuously monitor, accurately document, and promptly communicate changes in patient status to the care team, acting as their voice and primary protector.Lead the Coordinated Effort: Serve as the central coordinator, connecting and facilitating seamless, well-orchestrated care across all medical disciplines to ensure a unified patient experience.Execute with Precision: Meticulously carry out physician and advanced practice provider orders, along with specialized nursing protocols, ensuring every detail of the treatment plan is followed.Prepare for Tomorrow: Holistically assess patient discharge needs and proactively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan for a safe, successful transition home or to the next level of care.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
