Is on-call REQ? Yes. What is the req? 1 shift per week and (2) 12-hour weekend shifts per month Nurse manager will discuss at time of interview

Compliance document deadline is Monday prior to start Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date All RTO must be presented at time of submission only- facility will not review RTO submitted after this time. 2 references from a direct supervisor/manager, ANM, director for the unit submitted to 18 months experience Required, 2 years exp. preferred Locals accepted at same BR Facility does not accept any license hits. Smoke Free Facility: All travelers MUST BE NICOTINE FREE- No Exceptions! -Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. First time travelers accepted No Certs pending EKG and Pharm test required during orientation. 2 attempts max for each. No remediation for a re-test. Travelers will be cancelled if they fail.
