About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Implementation to lead the strategy, structure, and execution of the onboarding function across various client and partner setups. This senior leader will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful transition onto the company's platform, with a focus on new client setup, strategic partner launches, plan conversions, and early-stage client adoption. The role requires a strong background in operational and client-facing leadership, particularly in scaling onboarding within a fintech, retirement, or recordkeeping environment. The VP of Implementation will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption and operational success of the platform, and must have a proven track record in developing implementation processes, onboarding programs, and managing executive-level client relationships. Candidates for the VP of Implementation role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' experience in client experience, implementations, operations, or service leadership within the specified industries. A deep understanding of retirement plans, recordkeeping, workplace benefits, and fintech operations is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process design, and operational problem-solving, with the ability to build and scale implementation functions in a multi-stakeholder service environment. Excellent relationship management and communication skills are a must, as is experience with CRM, implementation, ticketing, reporting, and collaboration tools. Preferred qualifications include experience in 401(k), 403(b), retirement plan recordkeeping, TPA services, and payroll integrations.
