What Will You Do?

• Review and accurately process incoming purchase orders applying quotations, customer contracts, applying business rules and policies
• Perform research and update customer records in ERP systems
• Resolve purchase order deficiencies with customers and internal business functions
• Manage open orders throughout the billing and shipment process including processing order changes
• Take an active role in identifying and resolving any issues from order to cash including proactively addressing any potential order/quote issues and billing discrepancies
• Identify process improvement opportunities to improve customer experience and business results
• Generate and send invoices to customers and commercial representatives
• Proactively advise management of any risk to contractual performance
• Provide timely and detailed communication to all customers' requests
• Communicate regularly with management on any critical issues or opportunities
• Assist Customer Operations and Support Manager or team as needed

How Will You Get Here?

• High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of four years of customer service experience
• A 4-year degree with a minimum of one year customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Prior experience performing order entry, order management and billing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system highly preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize daily work and stay organized while managing multi-tasks
• Handle high volume of transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and challenging deadlines
• Great teammate, yet can work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
