Network Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer responsible for leading projects and staff to deliver high-quality, timely solutions in the following areas: Architect, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-class wired and wireless networks. Consult with customers in pre-sales solutions engineering roles. Provide escalation support for Network Technicians. Assist in Help Desk Support and troubleshooting. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. CCNA or CWNA certification is a plus. Must have experience with Ruckus Wireless equipment in a production enterprise environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking. Proficiency in IPv4, including subnetting. Knowledge of 802.11 Wi-Fi and RF fundamentals. Experience with network services such as NTP, DNS, DHCP. Experience supporting low latency applications like voice and video. Strong IPv6 skills. Self-motivated and self-sufficient. Additional Information: Must work in-office only; no remote options. Contract duration: 6 months with potential to convert to permanent. Location: Alpharetta, GA.
