Turn Your Compassion Into a Career: In-Home Caregiver (San Diego)
$18–$23/hr | Flexible Shifts | Paid Training | 401(k) | Multiple Locations

We're hiring experienced, big-hearted caregivers across the Greater San Diego area to support
clients living with Dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's in the comfort of their own
homes.

A Day in the Life
No two days are the same, but here's what you can expect:
- Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Supporting safe mobility and transfers, plus gentle redirection for memory care clients
- Cooking meals and lending a hand at mealtimes
- Light housekeeping, errands, groceries, and prescription pick-ups
- Getting clients to appointments and out into the community
- Watching for changes in wellbeing and keeping the care team in the loop
- Being the steady, familiar face that makes someone's day feel safe

What You Bring
- Hands-on caregiving experience — memory care or neurodegenerative experience is a
big plus
- Patience, reliability, and a heart for this work
- The ability to communicate clearly and kindly with clients, families, and coworkers
- Comfort following individualized care plans and adjusting as needs shift
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and provide a current TB test
