Job Description

• Manage industrial renovation, healthcare, laboratory, commercial, and adaptive reuse construction projects
• Develop project budgets, schedules, buyout strategies, and subcontractor scopes
• Lead projects from estimating and preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Track project financial performance and profitability
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout construction
• Conduct project meetings and ensure schedule commitments are achieved
• Work closely with ownership to develop project strategies and execution plans
• Support estimating efforts and participate in proposal development
• Eventually develop and maintain your own book of business and client relationships

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects independently
• Experience running projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, and project financials
• Commercial construction experience within healthcare, industrial, office, education, manufacturing, or renovation environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client relationships
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
