This role focuses on ensuring compliance with technical quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to validate work package accuracy and consistency across multiple transmission projects. Essential Functions Review and verify transmission line work packages for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to QA/QC standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and utility-specific technical requirements. Coordinate with project managers and field teams to clarify discrepancies, update documentation, and track revisions. Maintain and organize work package documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility. Assist in audits and inspections, providing administrative support for QA/QC processes. Support process improvements to enhance work package quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows. Minimum Requirements Experience in QA/QC, project coordination, or document control within the power utilities or transmission industry preferred. Familiarity with transmission line work packages, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, regulatory compliance, and utility standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with engineers and project teams. Ability to interpret technical documentation and provide feedback to ensure quality compliance. High School required, Associates or Bachelor’s preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in transmission line construction, engineering, or utility project support. Knowledge of GIS, SAP, or other project management tools. Understanding of NERC, FERC, and other industry regulations affecting transmission projects.
