Product Management Coordinator - Motorcycle and Powersports

Responsibilities Serve as the central coordination point across Simpson, Stilo, RaceQuip, and other related product lines, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities. Support Product Managers with day-to-day coordination tasks, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations. Help maintain consistency in product management processes and documentation across all four brands. Own the accuracy and completeness of SKU data across all brands, ensuring product information is current and reliable in internal systems (ERP/PIM/PLM). Track and manage the NPD stage-gate process across all brands, ensuring projects move through development milestones on schedule. Develop and maintain product launch timelines and project schedules across all brands, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. Assist Product Managers with market research, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis across all four brands. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in product management, project coordination, data management, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously. Proficiency in data management with high attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with stage-gate or similar new product development processes is a plus. Experience with ERP, PIM, PLM, or product data management systems preferred. Analytical mindset with exposure to defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, self-starter personality with eagerness to learn and grow within the role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
