- Monitor client progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting therapeutic techniques and strategies to maximize effectiveness and outcomes. \n
- Work alongside psychiatrists and other team members to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to each client's mental health care. \n
- Stay informed on the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices in the field of mental health to enhance service delivery and patient care. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n

- Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working to reduce stigma associated with mood disorders and promote a deeper understanding within the community. \n
This role primarily focuses on clients experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences, necessitating a culturally competent and flexible approach to treatment. Your ability to establish rapport and trust with clients will be crucial in supporting their mental health journeys.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT. \n
- A strong foundation in psychopharmacology, facilitating effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals in client care. \n
- A proven ability to achieve successful outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients of diverse ages and backgrounds. \n

- A background in community mental health settings or outpatient care. \n
