Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking an experienced, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Team Administrator to oversee healthcare operations at Catoosa County Jail in Georgia.

This full-time, weekday opportunity combines clinical leadership, team coordination, and hands-on patient care. You'll help guide a small healthcare team, support daily operations, and ensure patients receive compassionate, consistent, quality healthcare in a safe and structured correctional setting.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day healthcare operations within the facility.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to the healthcare team.
• Deliver hands-on nursing care and assist with patient assessments as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and help ensure appropriate follow-up care.
• Support staff training, development, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and promote compliance with applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional facility leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient care, and team effectiveness.
• Help maintain a professional, respectful, and secure healthcare environment.

What You'll Bring

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or a multistate license valid for practice in Georgia.
• Current CPR certification, as required.
• Previous nursing experience and the ability to provide sound clinical judgment.
• Leadership, coordination, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting and developing a small healthcare team.
• A commitment to compassionate patient care and professional standards.
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
