Senior Service Desk Lead — Client Support & Analytics

SageSpring Wealth Partners is seeking a Senior Service Desk Associate to support the Service Desk Manager and act as a SME within the Service Desk. You will assist Advisors and colleagues with duties and administrative tasks while delivering quality client service in person and by phone, including basic inquiries and escalations.
