The Senior Software Support is member of our technical support team and is responsible for providing technical support, technical troubleshooting, administration, and ongoing maintenance for business-critical applications and databases. This role ensures our operational and accounting staff can perform their jobs using software, data and systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary contact for technical support for operations and accounting staff for Trimble TMW and TMT, ISAAC Telematics/ELD, Lucrasoft Depot, Cedar AI, Sage Intacct and Microsoft 365, responding to support requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Daily data review, configuration, support, troubleshooting and management of system integrations of software and processes such as EDI, API, ELD HOS and workflow, operational management and billing systems.
• Support data integrations by writing and maintaining PowerShell and python scripts.
• Support reporting needs with Power BI and SSRS.
• Coordinate with software vendors and third-party support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain application documentation, procedures, and user guides.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, and data validation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve application performance, usability, and reliability.
• Assist with testing and implementation of new systems, modules, and enhancements.
• Manage, review and audit invoices entered into the system for accuracy
• Other technical duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient Trimble TMT and TMW, Lucrasoft Depot, ISAAC Telematics, Microsoft 365, Sage Intacct and related software/integrations such as EDI and APIs.
• At least 2 years of technical support experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional and pleasant telephone manner.
• Ability to work a normal, workweek in office during normal business hours, as well as occasional remote support and issue remediation after hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to support users and complete assigned work with and without direct supervision.
• Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn a wide array of computer hardware and software.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment, including climbing up to 3 flights of stairs.
