- Operate Cherry Picker/Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick products from elevated warehouse rack locations
- Use RF scanners to accurately process customer orders
- Replenish inventory and stock warehouse locations
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards
- Previous Cherry Picker or Order Picker experience
- Experience using RF scanners
- Comfortable working at elevated heights throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Distribution center experience
- Warehouse order fulfillment experience
- Inventory control experience
- Material handling equipment experience
- Large warehouse distribution facility
- Frequent operation of equipment at elevated heights
- Fast-paced environment with productivity expectations
- Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting, reaching, bending, and twisting
- Moderate warehouse noise
- Shared workspace with forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Warehouse temperatures may vary based on season and operational conditions
