Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues.

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances and goals, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

  Provide crisis intervention support to clients in distress, employing immediate and effective strategies to ensure safety and stability.

  Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and approaches, fostering a conducive environment for open dialogue and healing.

  Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring availability for audits and reviews.

  Engage in regular professional development through workshops and training, staying current with advancements in mental health practices and telehealth methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals dealing with a wide array of challenges related to mental health and emotional well-being. You will work with students facing academic pressures, young adults navigating life transitions, and adults tackling mental health diagnoses or substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping them develop coping strategies, enhance resilience, and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  Current licensure in the state of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

  At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.

  Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and engage clients in meaningful discussions.

  Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex client situations effectively.

  A passion for building authentic and trusting relationships with clients to promote their personal growth and healing.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience in working with children and adolescents in a school or academic setting is highly valued.

  Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

  Experience with telehealth platforms and understanding of best practices for remote counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
