Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care (Travel) — Newport, Vermont — Start date 08/03/2026 for 18 weeks. Weekly pay range: $854-$909 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights. Work setting: long-term care environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the scope of practice for an LPN in a long-term care setting
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and responses to therapy; report changes to the supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility; support personal care and comfort
- Document care accurately in the medical record; ensure timely handoffs to the care team and adherence to care plans
- Maintain safety, infection control, and patient safety standards; respond promptly to call lights and clinical needs

- Availability to begin 08/03/2026 for a travel assignment lasting 18 weeks
- Ability to work a 3x12 night shift schedule
- Able to provide care in a long-term care setting and meet assignment scheduling requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
