Description

• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification preferred.
