HR Compliance Manager - TX & Multi-Site
Securitas Security Services USA
Securitas USA in Dallas, TX is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to lead our employment-law compliance efforts across locations. You will partner with operations to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, manage investigations, and oversee wage and hour, benefits and payroll processes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3–5 years of HR compliance experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
