Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license in Virginia (or eligibility)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Ability to create and adapt therapy plans for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to students in alignment with IEP goals and school protocols
• Assess student abilities and design custom interventions that support educational success
• Document progress, maintain accurate and timely records, and contribute to student evaluations
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with the school staff, COTA, and related service providers
• Offer consultative support and education to teachers and staff as needed to promote student inclusion
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
