Responsibilities Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other in‑store services Process and handle incoming and outgoing packages accurately and efficiently Operate point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash and card transactions Be knowledgeable in Adobe Print Programs (Photoshop, InDesign and Canva) and be able to print, copy, scan and fax document services for customers Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked store environment Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a professional manner Support notary, mailbox, and freight shipping services as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous retail, customer service, or shipping experience preferred Bilingual strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy store environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed About Us Greengate Corp operates The UPS Store #1982 in El Paso, TX, proudly serving the local community with trusted shipping, printing, and business services.
