Position Summary Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformation project or transaction. Work you’ll do As a Technology Strategy Senior Manager on the Energy, Resources & Industrials Strategy team, you will be responsible for: Developing technology strategies that help clients improve profitability, accelerate growth, and deliver value across stakeholder groupsLeading technology strategy engagements for ER&I clients, including platform, architecture, operating model, and capability decisions needed to support business prioritiesServing as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by shaping deliverables, driving day-to-day client relationships, and guiding teams through complex transformation initiativesLeading engagement planning, budgeting, delivery oversight, quality management, and risk management across client workContributing to practice growth through business development, proposal leadership, methodology development, thought leadership, and people development A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Strategy architects bold strategies across the enterprise, enabling growth, competitive advantage, and continuous digital and AI transformation. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree8+ years of consulting or industry experience, including 6+ years of experience in ER&I, technology, strategy, consulting, or transformation6+ years of experience managing large technology engagements, including at least 2 full life cycle implementations5+ years of experience working with senior executives to craft and implement technology improvement strategies and 2+ years of experience overseeing artificial intelligence and/or data projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting2+ years of experience functioning as a Senior Manager in a consulting environment or managing teams in an operating environment, with experience at the intersection of technology and strategy, including corporate and business unit technology strategy, business transformation, and artificial intelligence strategy implementationAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
