Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in the ICU according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage adverse effects as appropriate.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks and provide guidance.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; communicate changes in patient status promptly.
- Document care activities accurately and maintain patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in the United States; state-specific licensure for California as applicable.
- ICU nursing experience or demonstrated competence in critical care settings.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shift schedules.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Competence in prioritizing care and making independent clinical judgments in a high-acuity environment.
