We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine tasks like checking in patients, verifying insurance
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for each patient visit
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or other related fields
- Experience in Phlebotomy and EKG
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Appointment scheduling experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
