Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $1.00 (please note this may be an internal placeholder, actual pay will be confirmed upon offer)

What You ll Do:

• Provide urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months and up)
• Handle high patient volumes independently as the sole provider in the center
• Perform minor procedures such as Lac repairs, ear irrigations, and other urgent care procedures
• Document all visits accurately using EMR (Epic) with provided training
• Collaborate effectively with support staff and maintain a positive patient experience
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to clinic protocols and quality standards for urgent care

What You Need:

• Active NC license and NC DEA registration
• Minimum of 12 months of urgent care experience
• Board-certified (PA or NP) in Family Practice or Urgent Care
• Proficient with Epic EMR system and able to see and treat adult and pediatric patients (6 months+ age)
• Strong soft skills, ability to work independently, and positive attitude

Preferred:

• Experience working in high-volume urgent care settings
• Ability to participate in mandatory training sessions on Wednesdays
