Validation Engineer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Validate DPU modules against spec: functional, performance, thermal, and stress coverage in the on-site lab. What you’ll do: Build and execute validation plans Develop automated test infrastructure Characterize performance, power, and thermals Triage failures with design engineering Report validation status against milestones What you’ll bring: 3+ years silicon/board validation Scripting for test automation (Python) Instrumentation and lab equipment fluency BS in EE/CE Pay range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
