Reporting directly to the Manager of Case Management, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Case Management department, ensuring high-quality care, operational excellence, and a supportive environment where team members can thrive. What You’ll Do As the Supervisor of Case Management, you will: Lead, mentor, and support a team of case management professionals. Oversee department operations, workflows, and staffing to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop talented team members. Evaluate staff performance and competencies while providing coaching, feedback, and professional development. Design and enhance staff education and development programs. Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to support departmental goals. Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on excellence and compassionate care. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (one degree must be in Nursing). Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field. At least 1 year of management or leadership experience. Why Join Us?
