Substitute Teacher

Position Available July 2026 Substitute Teacher Windom Area Schools Qualifications Are you seeking employment with a flexible schedule? Do you enjoy working with children? Do you hold a 4-year degree from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university OR have 5 years of experience in a career and technical area such as AG (Farming), Construction, Business Ownership, Medical Services or other? Position Summary The substitute teacher will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that ensures student success socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Substitute Rates

• 185/Full day
• 110/Half Day

Incentive Pay based on total number of days worked per month: 6-10 days - $200 per day, 11+ days - $225 per day. Education And Experience Short-call Substitute teaching license, Lifetime Substitute Teaching License, or any Tiered Minnesota Teaching License, or ability to obtain one of the following.
