Wound Care Navigator - RN Clinical Leader
Encore Village of Schaumburg
Encore Village of Schaumburg is seeking a full-time Wound Care Coordinator who will provide comprehensive wound assessments and care plans for patients. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment evaluations, and education for patients and staff on wound management. The ideal candidate will have current RN licensure in Illinois and a Wound Care certification. Experience in long-term care is preferred.
