About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children under the supervision of a BCBA. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services in home and community environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Experience as an RBT, Behavior Technician, Behavioral Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Health Technician, or Mental Health Technician preferred
• Candidates interested in completing RBT training are encouraged to apply
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
