Working collaboratively with fellow team members and supervisors, you will help create an organized, safe, and electrifying environment where every visitor leaves with unforgettable memories.Key ResponsibilitiesTraffic Flow ManagementGuide guests efficiently through the attraction, keeping lines moving and minimizing wait times so everyone can enjoy the thrills.Direct visitors to designated areas such as queue lines, entrances, and exits, and implement effective crowd management strategies to maintain safety and maximize the guest experience.Be proactive in identifying potential bottlenecks and respond quickly to ensure a steady, enjoyable flow throughout the event.Customer ServiceDeliver friendly, professional assistance at every interaction.Answer questions, provide clear instructions, and help guests understand the rules and layout of the haunt.Approach every concern with empathy and resolve issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.Event OperationsPlay a hands-on role in event setup and teardown, keeping every area clean, organized, and ready for action.Work closely with fellow staff to maintain the immersive environment, ensuring props, décor, and effects are in place and functioning.Support special event needs as they arise to create a seamless experience behind the scenes.Safety and SecurityStay alert for safety hazards and report them immediately to management.Assist security personnel in maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff, ensuring everyone enjoys the event safely.Respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.CommunicationCollaborate with actors, managers, and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.Share important updates, coordinate crowd movements, and contribute ideas to improve operations and efficiency.What You BringMust be 18 years of age or older at time of hireMust be legally authorized to work in the United States (employment eligibility verified through E-Verify)Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the event season—non-negotiableComfortable in dark, loud, high-energy environments with strobe effects, fog, and close guest interactionPositive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindsetAbility to stay calm and focused in fast-paced, high-volume situationsCompensation & Employment DetailsHourly Rate: 20hrPursuant to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly pay rate for this position is listed above.Benefits: This position is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.Sick Accrual: Employees will accrue paid sick leave as required under Colorado law.Employment Type: Seasonal/TemporaryExpected Season Duration: Late September - Early November 2026Work Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and holidays required during the operational season.This is a seasonal/temporary position with an anticipated end date.
