Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Nights: 18:45 - 07:15

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. This position focuses on maximizing the health, function, and quality of life of individuals through specialized rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans, rehabilitation processes, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active RN licensure in the state.
BLS certification required.
Prior experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.
