Job Title Sleep Expert Job Description Help customers find their dream mattress and provide expert sleep advice in a vibrant retail environment. The Sleep Expert delivers best‑in‑class products, uses digital tools, and supports an omnichannel shopping experience that centers on the customer. Responsibilities Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.). Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
