As a Clinical Assistant , you’ll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning. A Better Way to Practice ABA Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands‑on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) Other play-based, developmental approaches This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In This Role, You Will: Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands‑on activities Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families. Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic where every child can feel comfortable learning. Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed Model the use of child-centered, relationship-based practices Complete the required 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing mentorship.
