Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions through interviews and standardized assessment tools. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting specific mental health challenges faced by clients. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate individual therapy sessions aimed at personal development and emotional healing. \n
- Track progress with clients and adapt treatment goals based on ongoing evaluations and feedback. \n
- Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients with mobility issues or those preferring virtual sessions. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to comply with ethical standards and ensure continuity of care. \n
- Engage in continual professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices. \n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Lifeworks, you will work primarily with individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present unique challenges that require a tailored therapeutic approach. You will help clients establish coping strategies, nurture emotional healing, and develop healthier relational patterns.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship. \n
- Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude, essential for providing a supportive environment for clients to share their experiences. \n
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring effective management of caseloads and administrative responsibilities. \n

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to individuals and families. \n
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an openness to adopting new strategies relevant to client needs. \n
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and a comfort level with virtual communication tools. \n

- Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
