Distribution Specialist - Bagger

Schedule:
1st shift: Mon-Fri / 7:00AM-3:00PM
(Saturdays required when departments schedule)

A local distribution center is hiring for a Bagger  to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable staying active throughout the workday. This position involves preparing parts and materials for shipment by accurately counting, sorting, bagging, labeling, and packaging products while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities:
-Bag & package parts – accurately count, sort, bag, label, and package parts according to customer and company specifications
-Prepare orders for shipment – ensure products are properly packaged and ready for the next step in the distribution process
-Inspect parts – verify parts are correct, free of damage, and packaged appropriately
-Maintain organization – keep work areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary materials
-Follow safety procedures – work safely and follow all company guidelines and procedures
-Lift, move & repeat – regularly lift and move materials while bending, reaching, standing, and performing repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the shift

Requirements:
-Prior warehouse, production, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and sort parts
-Physically able to lift, bend, reach, squat, and stand for extended periods
-Comfortable performing repetitive tasks involving hands and wrists
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
-Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
-Reliable transportation and strong attendance
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
-Steel toe shoes required
