Position Details: Full-time employment (Monday-Friday schedule) Practice locations include; 95% at Ball Memorial Hospitaland 5% outreach at Jay County Hospital Work-life balance withOn-Call: 1:5 25% Inpatient / 75% Outpatient Team: 5 Physicians and 3 Advanced Providers Patient Volume: Individuals can expect on average 40-60 procedures per week Procedures include: upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, enteroscopy, band ligation, ERCP/EUS (not required), RFA & esophageal motility Teaching residents, lectures, adjunct faculty appointment, limited drug trials Qualifications: Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified Medical Degree or foreign equivalent Internal Medicine residency Fellowship training required in Gastroenterology Eligibility for or possession of Indiana medical license Rewarding Physician and Advanced Provider employment opportunities awaitat Indiana University Health.
