Our company is expanding in Houston, Tx and actively hiring motivated individuals for a full-time Wireless Sales Assistant. This is an entry-level, customer-facing sales opportunity for candidates interested in wireless sales, customer service, retail sales, technology, telecommunications, and customer engagement.

In this role, you will represent wireless products and services and assist customers with wireless, internet, and entertainment service options based on their needs. This position focuses on face-to-face customer interaction, consultative sales, customer acquisition, and delivering a positive customer experience.

No previous sales experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant service, call centers, promotions, technology, or entry-level sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers in person to understand their wireless, internet, and connectivity needs
• Presenting wireless products and services, including wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and home internet options
• Explaining pricing, promotions, features, and service options clearly and professionally
• Assisting customers with account setup, activations, order processing, and service enrollment
• Providing excellent customer service from the first interaction through completion
• Building positive customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up
• Supporting customer acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement efforts
• Staying current on product updates, promotions, and service information
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Working with team members to meet individual and team sales goals
• Representing the company, client, and brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work on-site in Houston, Tx
• Reliable transportation for commuting to the office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, restaurant, telecommunications, wireless, or technology is helpful but not required
