• Fixes technical problems by applying principles and theories of electronics,mechanical engineering, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing, and physics.
• Lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, systems, and related products and services.
• Work is more limited in scope and more practically oriented than that of scientists and engineers.
