As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. The Stockroom is #yourplace, but you will flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities You have a passion for brand standards: you keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. The Stockroom is your home base and you own it: you keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. You are innovative: when you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it. You know that teamwork makes the dream work: you are prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non-stock tasks or assist guests. Integrity is your priority: safety standards are followed in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Pay / Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
