Senior Consultant (CapEx Project Management)

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Ability to lead a team and mentor others Preferred Qualifications Seven plus years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Manufacturing Industry Experience in project management Experience working in a GMP environment Experience with Construction or CQV Skilled in Smartsheet or similar project management platform About The Role Our colleagues are inquisitive and passionate individuals who continually strive toward achieving extraordinary results in everything they do. Responsibilities Tasks vary based on the client and project but may include the following: Coordination of a CQV work package Create visual management boards Analyze data to support the decision‑making process Help senior staff with the development of executive leadership presentations Set up and support client workshops Build dashboards and tools to support various project initiatives Manage project documents (i.e., project plan, schedule, action tracker, risks, etc.) Project Manage CQV and Ops Readiness lifecycle for relevant equipment from mechanical completion to commercial production Strategic Planning and prioritization of deliverables across Engineering, Automation, CQV, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations. Maintain associated schedule and detailed execution tools Identify and mitigate risks with associated scope Ensure adequate staffing of cross functional teams to deliver to the schedule Emendo Inc. is the US affiliate of the diverse global‑based consulting services Emendo group with offices in Denmark and Raleigh, NC, USA.
