Cashier Position at Chuck-A-RamaStart every visit with a warm welcome. At Chuck-A-Rama, a great guest experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors. Our Cashiers are often the first friendly face our guests see, helping them feel welcome and ready to enjoy their meal. As a Cashier, you'll greet guests, process payments, answer questions, and help make their arrival quick, easy, and friendly. You'll also help guests with Chuck-A-Rama Rewards, explain pricing or promotions, and make sure each transaction is handled accurately. If you're friendly, comfortable talking with people, and enjoy making someone's day a little better, you'll fit right in.A typical shift may include:Welcoming guests as they arriveProcessing cash, credit, and other approved forms of paymentProviding accurate change and receiptsAnswering questions about buffet pricing, hours, promotions, and restaurant offeringsHelping guests with Chuck-A-Rama Rewards and available offersMaking sure transactions and guest counts are entered accuratelyKeeping the register and entrance area clean, organized, and welcomingBalancing your cash drawer and following cash-handling proceduresCommunicating guest questions or concerns to a manager when neededThanking guests and helping create a positive experience from the very beginningWorking with your teammates to keep things running smoothly during busy periodsGreat Cashiers are more than accurate at the register.
